dc.description.abstract	Obsahem této bakalářské práce je zpracování informací spojené se založením nového pod-nikatelského subjektu spolu s popsáním metody novodobého pohlížení na zakládání podni-katelských subjektů. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z oboru podnikání, založení nového podnika-telského subjektu, podnikatelského plánu a dále informace popisující pravidla tvoření Business model Canvas a jeho rozšíření Lean Canvas. V praktické části jsou tato témata v návaznosti na teoretickou část zpracována také po praktické stránce s aplikováním poznatků na založení nového podnikatelského subjektu zabývající se tvorbou legálního graffiti na zakázku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of this bachelor thesis is processing of the information connected with foun-ding of a new business entity together with description of the modern methods in business founding. The teorethical part contains knowledge from the business field, founding of a new business entity, business plan and description of the rules in creating Business model Can-vas and its extension Lean Canvas. Following the teoretical part, in the practical part, these topics are processed and mixed with the practical knowledge of founding a business entity dealing with creating of the custom legal graffiti.
