Cílem této práce je navrhnout a doporučit možnosti ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami ve firmě ELKO EP a podle poznatků zjištěných z analýzy dodavatelů doporučit toho nejvhodnějšího. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky z oblasti zásob, jejich členění, řízení, ukazatele a také výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů. Analytická část představuje profil společnosti, členění jejich zásob a seznamuje s postupem při řízení zásob. Dále pak pohyb a stav jednotlivých zásob na skladě za určité období, výpočet odhadu jejich budoucí spotřeby a v závěru této části je hodnocení výběru aktuálního a alternativních dodavatelů a doporučení pro budoucí rozhodování. |

The aim of my thesis is to put out and recommend possibilities to improve managing of stock in the ELKO EP company and thanks to knowledges, which was founded out from the analyses of suppliers recommend the most suitable. First part of my work is target on teoretical knowledges from the area of stocks, their dividing, managing, needles and also choosing and evaluation of suppliers. Analytic part present the profile of company, dividing of their stocks and inform us about process of managing stocks. Then stages and moves of stocks on the stock room through certain period, calculation of estimation their future usage and at the end of this part is evaluation of selection the actual and alternative suppliers and recommending for making decisions in the future. |
