Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat návrh dalšího rozvoje organizace Sociální služby Uherské Hradiště. V první části práce jsou popsány hlavní principy v poskytování sociálních služeb v České republice - kdo a na základě čeho může sociální služby poskytovat, z jakých zdrojů je poskytování služeb financováno, jaké jsou druhy a formy sociálních služeb, na základě jakých předpisů se odměňují pracovníci v sociálních službách, na co slouží příspěvek na péči a podle čeho se určuje jeho výše. Současně je poukázáno na potřebu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb, včetně aktérů, kteří se ho účastní. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní příspěvkovou organizaci, která poskytuje sociální služby pro cca 1400 klientů - jaký je předmět její hlavní a doplňkové činnosti, jaká je její organizační struktura a také jaké kroky podniká organizace v rámci pilotního procesu transformace, který se řadí mezi současné trendy v poskytování sociálních služeb. Závěrem je uveden návrh pro možný další rozvoj organizace. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a proposal for further development of the organization Social Services Uherské Hradiště. The first part of the thesis describes the main principles of providing social services in the Czech Republic who, and based on what, could provide the social services, from which sources the provision of services is funded, what kinds and forms of the services exist, based on what regulations social workers are evaluated; what the care allowance serves for, and according to what its amount is determined. At the same time, the attention is drawn to the need of community planning of social services including the participants who are engaged in it. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a particular allowance organization which provides social services for about 1400 clients what the subject of its main and supplementary activity is, what its organization structure is, and also what steps the organization does within the pilot process of transformation which belongs to the current trends of providing social services. At the end, there is suggested a further development strategy of the organization. |
