dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice aktivizace seniorů v podmínkách ústavní péče. Teoretická část práce poskytuje vymezení pojmů stáří, ústavní péče, aktivizace seniorů, aktivizační pracovník. V praktické části je nejprve představen Domov pro seniory Černá Hora, ve kterém byl zpracován kvalitativní výzkum. Cílem tohoto výzkumu prostřednictvím rozhovoru za pomoci návodu je zjistit, zdali je aktivizace seniorů v Domově důchodců Černá Hora dostatečná z pohledu seniorů i pracovníků. Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně vyhodnoceny a získané informace přináší několik podnětů ke zlepšení služeb.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is concerned with activization of seniors under the conditions of institutional. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis provides delimitation of these terms: advanced age, institutional care, activization of seniors. In the practical part there is firstly introduced Home for the Elderly "Černá Hora", in which qualitative research was executed. The aim of this research is to find out, through interview with the help of a manual, whether the activization of seniors in the Home of Elderly "Černá Hora" is satisfactory from the perspective of the seniors and the staff. The results of the research are then evaluated and the acquired information brings several im-pulses to improve services.
