dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou korupce a jejím negativním vlivem na společnost. Jedná se o celospolečenský jev, který má negativní dopad na společnost. Korupce se vyskytuje v různých podobách a formách a je velmi složité ji odhalit. Boj proti korupci není lehký a vyžaduje úpravu právních předpisů a instituci, která dokáže objasnit, odhalit a potrestat trestné činy s ní spojené.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corruption and its impact on society. It is a societal phenomenon, which has a negative impact the company. Corruption comes in various shapes and forms and it is very difficult to detect. The fight against corruption is not easy and requires adjustment of the legislation and the institution that is able to explain to detect and punish crimes associated with it.
