Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopravní obslužnosti ve Zlínském kraji. Důležitost tématu je dána současnou situací, kdy vzniká problém s dělbou dopravní činnosti mezi individuální a hromadnou dopravou. Cílem dopravní obslužnosti je zajistit hromadné dopravě konkurenceschopnost a předejít tak jejímu zániku a negativním dopadům na životní prostředí. Teoretická část zahrnuje cíle a metody práce, definici pojmů týkající se dopravy a blíže popisuje dopravní obslužnost. Jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé druhy dopravy v členění na železniční, silniční, vodní, leteckou, městskou a příměstskou dopravu a nechybí ani legislativní opora tématu. V praktické části je charakterizován Zlínský kraj a provedena analýza současného stavu dopravní obslužnosti, zejména městské hromadné dopravy. Dále obsahuje dotazníkové šetření týkající se dopravní infrastruktury a dopravní obslužnosti a na závěr je navrženo opatření pro zlepšení dopravní obslužnosti ve Zlínském kraji. |

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of transporting service function in Zlin region. The importance of the topic is given to the current situation, where arises the problem with the separation of transport activity between individual and public transport. The aim of the transporting service is secure the competitiveness of public transport and prevent its extinction and negative impacts on the environment. Theoretical section includes the objectives and methods of work, definition of terms related to transport and describes in detail transporting service. There are disccused individual modes of transport in the distribution of rail, road, water, air and urban and suburban transport and there is also legislative support of topic. In practical part is characterization of the Zlin region and performed analysis of present condition of transport services, especially of urban mass transport. The work also contains a survey about transport infrastructure and transporting service and finally it is suggested measures to improve transport services in the Zlin Region. |
