dc.description.abstract	Záměrem bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku ústavní výchovy a především specifika výchovného procesu v dětských domovech a jeho vliv na osobnost dětských klientů. První kapitola vymezuje dětský domov jako výchovnou instituci. Druhá kapitola popisuje specifika výchovného procesu v dětských domovech. Ve třetí kapitole uvádím vliv výchovy na utváření osobnosti dítěte. Ve čtvrté kapitole se zabývám případovou studií a rozhovory s klienty dětského domova. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit vliv výchovného procesu na utváření osobnosti klientů v podmínkách dětského domova. Pátou kapitolou uzavírám teoretickou a praktickou část návrhy a opatřením.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The intention of this bachelor thesis is to outline the problems of institutional care and especially the specifics of the educational process in children´s homes and its impact on children´s personality clients. The first chapter defines the children´s home as an educational institution. The second chapter describes the specifics of the educational process in children´s homes. In the third chapter I present the influence of education in shaping a child´s personality. The fourth chapter deals with case studies and interviews with clients children´s home. The aim of the research is to investigate the influence of the educational process in shaping the personality of clients in conditions of the children´s home. The fifth chapter closes with a theoretical and practical part of proposals and measures.
