Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odhalování řidičů motorových vozidel pod vlivem omamných a psychotropních látek Policií České republiky. Cílem této práce a jejím významem je popsat a analyzovat základní fakta a problémy při detekci ovlivněných řidičů motorových vozidel omamnou a psychotropní látkou. V teoretické části charakterizuje návykové látky, jejich vliv na řidiče, související právní normy a rovněž historický vývoj v této sféře. Praktickou část reprezentuje výzkum uskutečněný prostřednictvím dotazníku, který měl za cíl potvrdit, popřípadě vyvrátit hypotézy vytvořené k danému tématu. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the detection of drivers of motor vehicles under the influence of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this work and its significance is to describe and analyze the basic facts and issues in the detection of affected drivers of motor vehicles narcotic and psychotropic substances. The theoretical part describes the addictive substances, and their impact on driver, related regulations, as well as historical developments in this sphere. The practical part represents research conducted through a questionnaire, which aimed to confirm or refute hypotheses generated on the topic. |
