Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trhu práce ve vztahu k absolventům středních škol. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, kterými jsou trh práce, vzdělání absolventů, nezaměstnanost, ekonomické, sociální a psychické důsledky nezaměstnanosti. Součástí práce je část empirická, v níž jsou uvedeny jednotlivé případové studie absolventů, kteří již mají zkušenosti se vstupem na trh práce. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti uplatnění absolventů středních škol na trhu práce. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic labour market in relation to high school graduates. The theoretical part is dealing with the basic concepts, namely the labour market, qualification of graduates, unemployment and the economical social and psychological consequences of unemployment. The empirical part of the work includes a series of individual case studies of graduates who already have experience of entering the labour market. The goal of this thesis is to explore the possibilities of high school graduates in labour market. |
