dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je kriminalita mládeže, význam prevence na kriminalitu mládeže a znalost právních norem České republiky. Práce vymezuje společensky významnou problematiku kriminality mládeže a upravuje ji v právních normách České republiky. Vysvětluje pojem kriminalita a objasňuje specifické rysy kriminality mládeže. V teoretické části popisuje související pojmy a uvádí nejčastější formy páchání. Tato část práce je zakončena vymezením různých forem prevence kriminality mládeže. Navazuje na ni část praktická, kde pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjistíme, na jaké úrovni jsou znalosti právních norem, které se přímo týkají kriminality mládeže, a to u mladistvých, dospělých a také u policistů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis topic is juvenile delinquency, the importance of prevention to juvenile delinquency and knowledge of legal regulations of the Czech Republic. It defines a socially significant issue of juvenile delinquency and adjustment of this issue in legislations of the Czech Republic. Explains the term delinquency, clarifies the specific features of juvenile delinquency. Further in the theoretical part the thesis describes related terms and states the most common forms of committing. The theoretical part of the work is concluded by defining of various forms of juvenile delinquency prevention. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, where we through quantitative research find out the level of knowledge of legal regulations, which are directly related to juvenile delinquency. The research examines this knowledge among youth, adults and police.
