Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikativní dovednosti učitele v mateřské škole. V teoretické části je popsána komunikace obecně, její průběh a účastníci. Zaměřuje se také na principy efektivní a neefektivní komunikace. Praktická část popisuje výskyt těchto prin-cipů v projevu učitele s dětmi. Cílem bylo zjistit principy, které učitelky využívají ve svém projevu, a také popsat, který z nich převládá. Učitel je pro děti průvodcem ve výchovně-vzdělávacím procesu od jejich předškolního věku. Od učitele je žádoucí, aby byl schopen se vyjadřovat správně a spisovně, aby byl vhodným vzorem. |

This Bachelor´s work focuses on the communication skills of teachers in the nursery school. In the theoretical part it describes communication in general, its process and the participants. It also focuses on the principles of efficient and inefficient communication. The practical part describes the occurrence of these principles in the teacher's speech with children. The aim was to determine principles which teachers use in her speech and also to describe which of them prevail. The teacher is guide in the educational process for children from the beginning of their pre-school age. From the teacher it is desirable to be able to speak properly and registry, to be appropriate model. |
