dc.description.abstract	Tato práce nás seznamuje v teoretické části s neziskovými organizacemi. Poté se soustřeďuje na program EU CONCERTO, kde je blíže představen projekt Energy in Minds! (Mysli na energii!). Praktická část zahrnuje údaje o občanském sdružení Zelené bydlení. Kromě toho je zde zobrazeno sestavení výkazu uznatelných nákladů projektu Energy in Minds!. V souvislosti se sestavováním výkazu uznatelných nákladů se zde nachází bližší informace o finančních podmínkách, které byly poskytnuty EU v rámci programu CONCERTO. Dále tato práce obsahuje údaje o softwaru Milliarium, který byl poskytnut EU pro projekt Energy in Minds!.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is related to the problems of eligible costs of project 'Energy in Minds' carried out within the European Union program Concerto. The first section, Theoretical-Methodological part, focuses on theory of non-profit organizations and includes also information about EU Concerto program. Detailed description of the project Energy in Minds can be also found here. There is also detailed description of the project Energy in Minds. In the second section, the analytical part, the non-profit organization Green Housing Association is introduced. Further the financial rules of the Sixth Framework Program EU are described. The Form C (report of eligible costs), together with its commentary, is included in this part and the data about software Milliarium can be found there. This software was provided by EU for this project.	en
