dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá systémom hodnotenia zamestnancov v spoločnosti OMS. Cieľom práce je analýza súčasného stavu hodnotenia zamestnancov v spoločnosti a na jej základe navrhnutie nového systému hodnotenia zamestnancov. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na dve časti. V teoretickej časti diplomovej práce sú stručne zhrnuté poznatky z literárnych zdrojov. Praktická časť práce sa zaoberá analýzou súčasné-ho spôsobu hodnotenia zamestnancov v spoločnosti OMS. Na základe získaných teoretic-kých poznatkov a realizovanej analýzy súčasného stavu v oblasti hodnotenia a motivácii zamestnancov, je navrhnutý projekt nového systému hodnotenia zamestnancov. Súčasťou práce je zhodnotenie prínosov a nákladov projektu spolu so súvisiacimi rizikami spojenými s jeho realizáciou.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this diploma work is the system of the evaluation of employees in company OMS Ltd. The aim of the work is to analyse the current evaluation system in the company. Based on this analysis, a new system of the evaluation of employees is presented. The diploma work consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part contains a brief summary of the knowledge obtained from the bibliography references. The second, practical part of the work provides the analysis of the current system of the evaluation of employees in com-pany OMS Ltd. Based on the obtained theoretical knowledge and by analysing of the cur-rent evaluation and motivation of employees, a new system of the evaluation of employees is designed. The evaluation of the contributions and costs of the project together with the risks related to the application of it makes a component part of the work.	en
