Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na matky pečující o dítě s cystickou fibrózou a možnosti jejich seberealizace, jelikož každá dlouhodobá nemoc dítěte výrazně zasáhne do života matky a její rodiny a ovlivňuje celou řadu oblastí běžného života. Cystická fibróza má, stejně jako ostatní vzácná onemocnění, svoje specifika a jedna z oblastí, která je výrazně ovlivněna touto životní událostí, je právě pracovní a volnočasová oblast. Proto se v práci zabýváme popisem příznaků cystické fibrózy, domácími léčebnými procedurami a také pomocí, která se matkám nabízí. Věnujeme se důležitosti práce pro člověka a potřebě volnočasových aktivit. Cílem práce je poukázat na podmínky, za jakých je seberealizace matek dětí s cystickou fibrózou možná a nakolik je ovlivněna vážnou nemocí, jakou cystická fibróza bezesporu je. Čím více se dozvíme o problémech, které tyto matky mají, tím lépe dokážeme reagovat na jejich potřeby a zajistit dostatečnou podporu, kterou matky dětí s cystickou fibrózou potřebují. |

This bachelors thesis focuses on mothers who are looking after a child suffering from cystic fibrosis, especially the possibility of their self-realization. Every long-term disease of a child has a deep impact on the mother´s life and the life of the whole family, and it influences many spheres of everyday life. Cystic fibrosis, as well as other serious diseases, has particularities and it significantly influences exactly work and free-time of the mother. Hence, we describe the symptoms of cystic fibrosis here, home healing procedures, as well as help that comes forward to these mothers. We emphasize the importance of working for people and the need for free-time activities. Our goal is to show conditions under which the self-realization of these mothers is possible, and to what extent this process is influenced by a severe disease like cystic fibrosis. The more we learn of problems these mothers deal with, the better we can respond to their needs and the better we can provide sufficient support that mothers of children suffering from cystic fibrosis require. |
