Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou životního stylu rodin dětí, které mají ADHD. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu a na to, jak častý je výskyt ADHD. Pojednává o příčinách vzniku ADHD,o příznacích této poruchy a dále také o příznacích poruchy v jednotlivých obdobích člověka. Práce se věnuje diagnostice. Diagnostika ADHD je vymezena jak podle 10. revize Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí (MKN-10), tak i podle 4. revize klasifikace nemocí Americké psychiatrické asociace (DSM-IV) a na subtypy ADHD. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na to, jaký vliv má ADHD na život dítěte a jeho rodiny, vliv ADHD na chování dětí a jsou zde uvedeny i hlavní zásady důležité pro výchovu dětí s ADHD. Praktická část vypovídá o tom, jaký je životní styl rodin dětí, které mají ADHD z pohledu rodičů. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu jsou data získána za pomocí hloubkového rozhovorů s rodiči dětí, které mají poruchu pozornosti s hyperaktivitou. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the lifestyle of families of children with ADHD. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on defining the term of ADHD and how common is occurrence of ADHD. It discusses the development causes of ADHD, it's symptoms and about the symptoms in each period of human life. The thesis is focused on diagnostics. Diagnostic of ADHD is defined according to both International Classification of Diseases (10th revision - MKN-10) and The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (4th revision - DSM-IV). In the thesis is also division into subtypes of ADHD. It also concentrates on the influence of ADHD on the life of the child and his or her family, the effect of ADHD on the children's behavior and there are listed also the main educational principles that are important for upbringing of children with ADHD. The practical part is about the lifestyle of families of children with ADHD from the parents perspective. In terms of qualitative research the data are gathered from the in-depth interviews with parents whose children have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. |
