Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektu zefektivnění využívání základních registrů na Krajském úřadě Zlínského kraje s následným výstupem, zpracováním Metodické příručky využívání údajů ze základních registrů. Teoretická část seznamuje s informačními systémy veřejné správy, představuje nové informační systémy, základní registry. Současný stav po zavedení základních registrů, je hodnocen na Krajském úřadě Zlínského kraje, a to z pohledu jejich uživatelů. Praktická část provádí kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkumy, výsledkem kterých je procesní analýza činností vykonávaných na konkrétním odboru daného úřadu. Cílem analýz je zefektivnění prováděných činností a současně poukázání na možnost využívání metod průmyslového inženýrství ve veřejné správě. |

The thesis aims to develop a project to streamline the use of basic registers in the Regional Authority of the Zlin region with subsequent output, processing Methodological manual use of data from basic registers. The theoretical part of public administration information systems, presents new information systems, basic registers. Current status after the introduction of basic registers is evaluated by the Regional Authority of the Zlin Region, from the perspective of their users. The practical part of conducting quantitative and qualitative research, out-come of which is process analysis of the activities carried out in a specific department of the office. The aim of the analysis is to streamline the activities and at the same time pointing out the possibility of using industrial engineering methods in public administration. |
