dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zvýšení produktivity výrobní linky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní poznatky z oblasti průmyslového inženýrství a vybraných metod, a dále ergonomie. Praktickou část tvoří vstupní analýza, která je východiskem pro projekt. V tom je řešena revize stávajících výrobních norem, balancování linky a návrh změny layoutu výrobní linky. Závěrem je uvedeno zhodnocení navržených změn a porovnání jejich přínosu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is the improvement of productivity by the production line. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are mentioned basic knowledge from the field of industrial engineering and chosen methods and ergonomics. The practical part is made by the initial analysis which is a starting point for the project. A revision of existing production norms, balancing of the production line and the suggestion of change in the layout of production line are solved in the project. In the end of the thesis is stated the evaluation of suggested changes and the comparison of their acquisitions.
