Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců s úrovní hodnocení v organizaci Naděje Zlín. Cílem je získat spolehlivé výsledky analýzy jako nástroje k posouzení úrovně a kvality prováděného hodnocení zaměstnanců a navrhnout možné nové cesty při postupech pravidelného hodnocení. Důležitým výstupem bude, zda jsou pracovníci s daným hodnotícím systémem spokojeni a zda hodnocení působí pozitivně na jejich motivaci. V teoretické části práce je popsána současná teorie vztahující se k hodnocení zaměstnanců. V druhé části je proveden průzkum spokojenosti se systémem hodnocení přímo v organizaci. Na základě empirického šetření a informací z vnitropodnikových dokumentů, je provedena komparace s teoretickými informacemi, radami a doporučeními. Výsledkem je návrh nového hodnocení zaměstnanců a postup jeho implementace v organizaci Naděje Zlín do budoucna. |

This Bachelor thesis focuses on employee evaluation using a rating system of the Naděje Zlín organization. The main target is to obtain reliable results from the analysis as a means of evaluating the level and quality of the employee, and suggest new methods of employee rating. An important part of the outcome will be whether employees are satisfied with a given rating system and whether the rating has a positive effect on their motivation. The thesis is divided in two parts. The first, theoretical, part tries to describe current theories related to employee evaluation. The second one covers a survey of employee satisfaction with the rating system in the Naděje organization. Comparison with the theoretical infor-mation, advice and recommendations are pursuant to the empirical research and informati-on obtained from internal documents. The final result is a proposal of a new employee ra-ting system and its possible implementation in the organization for the future. |
