dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce představuje andragogiku jako humanitní vědu o edukaci dospělých a andragogiku jako rozvíjející se studijní obor v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na andragogiku jako vědu zabývající se člověkem a pro člověka. Vysvětluje základní vymezení andragogiky a její pojetí. Představuje univerzitní andragogická pracoviště České republiky, jejich studijní obory, tak jak jsou realizovány na českých univerzitách a přináší přehled o publikační a vědecké činnosti jejich andragogických odborníků. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá realizovaným andragogickým výzkumem v rámci České republiky a jeho výstupů pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis introduces the andragogy as humanities science of adult education and the andragogy as an emerging field of study in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the andragogy as the science of man and for man. It explains the basic definition of adult education and its concepts. The thesis introduces the andragogical workplaces at czech universities and their fields of study, as they are implemented at Czech universities and provides an overview of publications and scientific activities of andragogical experts. The research part is focused on the realized andragogical research in the Czech Republic and its outcomes in practice.
