dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany učitelů ze strany žáků základních škol. Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je šikana učitelů a příčiny jejího vzniku podle názorů a zkušeností samotných pedagogů. Teoretická část práce je tvořena třemi kapitolami. První kapitola se specializuje na osobnost pedagoga a význam autority. Druhá kapitola zkoumá problematické chování žáků. Třetí kapitola popisuje šikanu učitelů, její podoby, formy a její prevenci. Praktická část se věnuje zmíněné problematice prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli základních škol. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit rozsah a příčiny jejich šikany.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is concerned with problems of teacher-oriented bullying in elementary schools students. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the teacher-oriented bullying in students and the causes of its origin from the perspective of the teachers. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. First chapter explores the personality of pedagogue and the importance of autority. Second chapter is engaged in problematic behavior of the students. Third chapter describes the teacher-oriented bullying, its forms and its prevention. The practical part deals with the occurrence of the teacher-oriented bullying in elemetntary school students. The principal aim of the practical part is to detect what is extension and what are the main causes of teacher-oriented bullying according to the teachers.
