dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části byla pozornost věnována teorii tepla, prostředkům pro měření teploty a statistickým metodám používaným pro vyhodnocování měření v této oblasti. Praktická část byla poté zaměřena na objasnění principu fungování sklokeramické varné desky, dále na přípravu a provedení několika typů měření oteplení ovládacího panelu časosběrnou formou a následnému vyhodnocení s využitím matematicko-statistických metod. V závěru praktické části byla navržena metodika pro uživatelskou zkoušku oteplení ovládacího panelu sklokeramické varné desky. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat firemní konstrukční změnu panelu varné desky a navrhnout metodiku měření oteplení ovládacího panelu této desky při extrémních podmínkách, za účelem zajištění ochrany a bezpečnosti jejího uživatele.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part is focused on the heat theory, tools for temperature measurement and the statistical methods used for evaluating the measurements in this field. Practical part is focused on clarifying the principle of glass-ceramic hob running, on the preparation and executing of several types of kontrol panel temperature rise measurement using time-lapse method and on evaluation using statistical methods. At the end of the practical part the metodology for necking the temperature rise of the kontrol panel glass-ceramic hob by a user was proposed. The aim of the diploma thesis to analyse the design chase of the hob panel and suggest the metodology for measuring the temperature rise of the kontrol panel of the hob in extreme conditions with the purpose of providing the protection and safety of its user.
