dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou péče o seniory v rezortu ministerstva obrany, jimiž jsou především druhováleční veteráni a důchodci MO. Tyto skupiny obyvatel mají dle níže uvedených zákonů možnost čerpat sociální výhody, které nabízí Ministerstvo obrany ČR. V teoretické části své práce vymezuji pojem senior a popisuji procesy stárnutí. Mapuji rozmanitost péče o seniory MO a člením tyto seniory dle významu pro stanovení rozsahu jejich oprávnění. V praktické části provádím empirické šetření za účelem zjištění množství a kvality poskytované péče využívané seniory MO, v mém případě členy Klubu vojenských důchodců Vyškov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis deals with the issue of caring for the elderly people in the sector of the Ministry of Defense, primarily the World War II veterans and military pensioners. The citizens falling into this category are entitled, in accordance with the laws and legislative documents as listed below, to be granted the welfare benefits as offered by the Czech Republic Ministry of Defense. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I have defined the term "senior" and drawn up the categories for these elderly people so as to reflect their significance and consequently the scope of their eligibility. The practical part details the empirical research carried out in order to determine the quantity and quality of care provided for seniors by the MoD, hereinafter referred to as the Club of Military Pensioners in Vyškov.
