dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou autoregulace učení u studentů pomáhajících profesí na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně z pohledu autodeterminační teorie. Záměrem práce je zjistit současnou míru autoregulace učení u studentů vybraných oborů a její dopad na studium na vysoké škole. Teoretická část vychází ze základních východisek autoregulace učení a rozebírá vnitřní a vnější determinanty autoregulace. Dále se zabývá rozvojem autoregulace a pomáhajícími profesemi. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zjištění míry autoregulace učení u studentů pomáhajících profesí vzhledem k jejich věku, studijním výsledkům, typu a formě studia. Shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a nabízí doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma work concerns with problems connected to self-regulation learning in students of helping professions at Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Czech Republic, mostly in aspect of self-determination theory. Work is focused to determine current self-regulated learning rate of earlier mentioned students and its effects on study at university. Theoretical part is based on the cornerstones of self-regulation learning and deals with inner and outer factors of self-regulation. It also deals with the development of self-regulation and helping professions. The practical part is focused on the detection rate of self-regulated learning in students helping profession due to their age, academic achievement, the form and the type of study. It summarizes the findings and offers recommendations for practice.
