V současné době, kdy nejcennější jsou kvalitní informace a čas, se výkonnost firem stává velmi aktuálním tématem rozhovorů. Zvyšuje se význam spolupráce podniků v rámci odvětví. Jednou z forem spolupráce jsou průmyslové klastry. Tato forma spolupráce je velmi oblíbená a přináší podnikům v klastrech řadu výhod. Může dojít i ke zvýšení jejich výkonnosti. V této práci tedy hledám cesty, které povedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti podniku greiner packaging slušovice prostřednictvím jeho zapojení do klastru. |
