Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky vývoje ženské a mužské role od narození člověka až po smrt, zaměřuje se na mýty, které jsou ve spojení s genderovými rolemi v našich zeměpisných šířkách považovány za normu a snaží se rozkrýt stereotypy vztahující se k ženskému a mužskému pohlaví v pracovním procesu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda genderová role ovlivňuje volbu povolání, výběr nových pracovníků, budování kariéry, vztahy a výkony na pracovišti, finanční odměnu a celkové postavení jedince v organizaci. |

This thesis deals with the specifics of the development of female and male roles from birth to death, focusing on the myths that are related to gender roles in our latitudes considered the norm and tries to uncover the stereotypes related to the female and male sex at work process. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether gender role influences career choice, selection of new employees, building careers, relationships and performance in the workplace, financial reward and the overall posititon of the individual in the organization. |
