dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací controllingu do běžné podnikové praxe. Po úvodu do problematiky následuje teoretická část, která poskytuje základní poznatky o controllingu na základě dostupné literatury. Uvedeme si definice tohoto pojmu, jeho dělení, specifikace práce controllera nebo přiblížení základních prvků controllingového systému. V analytické části si vyhodnotíme předpoklady pro uplatnění controllingu v této společnosti a pomocí SWOT a PEST analýzy si přiblížíme vnitřní i vnější prostředí firmy. Projektová část navrhuje konkrétní systém controllingu pro podmínky podniku XYZ, s.r.o. a provádí srovnání nákladů a přínosů z realizace tohoto projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the implementation of controlling into common business practice. After an introduction to the topic, follows the theoretical section that provides basic knowledge of the controlling on the basis of the available literature. We present a definition of the term, its differentiations, and the specification of controller's work and the basic elements of controlling system. In the analytical part, we evaluate assumptions for a use of controlling in the company XYZ, Ltd. By using of SWOT and PEST analysis we will ex-plain internal and external environment of the company. The project part of the thesis pro-poses a specific system of controlling for the particular conditions of the company XYZ Ltd. and makes a comparison of the costs and benefits of the implementation of this pro-ject.
