dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o teorii podnikových nákladů a jejich dělením. Dále se zabývá kalkulačními postupy od základních až k ABC kalkulacím. Zaměřuje se také na manažerské rozhodovací úlohy, plánování, rozpočetnictví a controlling. Praktická část analyzuje náklady společnosti a zabývá se současným stavem kalkulace a controllingu. Projektová část je zaměřena na aplikaci projektu systému řízení nákladů formou variabilních kalkulací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with a theory of corporate costs and their division. It also deals with costing procedures from the basics to ABC calculations. It is also focused on managerial decision-making tasks, planning, budgeting and controlling. The practical part analyzes the company costs and dealing with the current state of calculation and controlling. Project part is focused on the application of the project management system costs in the form of variable costing.
