dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá multikulturními kompetencemi studentů pomáhajících profesí. První část se věnuje teoretickému pohledu na problematiku kompetencí obecně, jejich definice, strukturu, členění a zaměření na kompetence pracovníka pomáhajících profesí. Kompetence budoucího pracovníka v pomáhajících profesích jsou stěžejním tématem i v praktické části této práce. Jedná se komparaci úrovně multikulturních kompetencí mezi studenty pomáhajících profesí na vybraných vysokých školách. Cílem je zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v úrovni těchto kompetencí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused multicultural competencies of helping profession's students. The first part deals with theoretical view on the competencies in general definitions, structure, classification and multicultural competencies. In the practical part of this thesis is comparation of multicultural competence of helping profession's students at selected universities. The aim of research is to find out differences in the level of multicultural competence.
