dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce přibližuje v teoretické části zařazení osob po výkonu trestu do společnos-ti a zhodnocuje význam sociálních pracovníků při jejich začlenění zpět do běžného života. Cílem je popsat průběh nápravy chování těchto osob a zjistit, jak využívají pomoc a péči sociálních pracovníků a jaká nová opatření by tito sociální pracovníci navrhovali pro jejich úspěšný návrat. Praktická část je věnována případům z praxe, jejich popisům, rozhovorům a rozborům.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis outlines integration of people from prison into society in the theoretical part and shows the importance of social workers in their work to integrate ex-convicts back into real life. The aim is to describe the process of rehabilitation of ex-convits´ behavior and how to use assistance of social workers and what new measures these social workers would propose for their successful integration. The practical part is focused on real-life cases with descriptions, discussions and analysis.
