dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce řeší problematiku inovace informačního systému v akciové společnosti Pivovar Janáček. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou samostatných částí: do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou formou literární rešerše nastíněny problémy, vysvětleny pojmy a souvislosti inovace informačního systému ve společnosti. V praktické části jsou nejprve provedeny analýzy společnosti, a dále pak provedeno zhodnocení vybraných produktů. Na základě výsledků z provedených analýz je určen nejvhodnější produkt pro společnost. Celá část pokračuje představením produktu, způsobem jeho financování, a v neposlední řadě jeho implementace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Submitted thesis smoothing-out problems innovation information system in Janacek brewery PLC. Thesis is dispersed into two independent part: to the parts theoretic and practical. In theoretic parts are form literary background research foreshadowed problems, explained notions and connection with innovation information system in company. In practical parts are first effected analyses companies and further then effected estimation choice performances. On the basis results from effected analysis is intended optimal product for society.
