dc.description.abstract	Název bakalářské práce je "Kvalita života pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou". Práce je roz-dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii a fyziologii dolní části trávicího ústrojí, dále obsahuje definici Crohnovy choroby, popis etiologie, příznaků, diagnostiky, léčby a komplikací tohoto onemocnění. Další část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s Crohnovou chorobou. Závěr teoretické části je věnován kvalitě života, kvalitě života v ošetřovatelství, vývoji a možnostem hodnocení kvality života. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo realizováno u pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. Výsledky jsou analyzovány a vyhodnoceny pomocí tabulek a grafů s uvedenými slovními komentáři.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The title of the work is Quality of Life in Patients with Crohn's Disease. The work is divi-ded in a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy and physiology of the lower part of the di-gestive tract and, in addition, contains the definition of Crohn's Disease, the description of etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and complications related to this illness. Another part is focused on nursing care about patients with Crohn's Disease. The topic of the theo-retical part is the concept of quality of life, it also deals with quality of life in nursing, de-velopment and options to evaluate the quality of life. The practical part is based on results from a survey questionnaire, which was carried out on patients with Crohn's Disease. Results are analyzed and evaluated with the use of tables and graphs, with verbal comments.
