dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je vzdělávání seniorů. Práce má poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku vzdělávání dospělých, a to konkrétní skupiny - seniorů. na problematiku vzdělávání dospělých, a to konkrétní skupiny seniorů. V teoretické části se zabývá andragogikou, gerontopedagogikou, vymezuje pojem stáří z různých úhlů po-hledu a v závěru je přehled možností vzdělávání seniorů a metody jejich vzdělávání. Prak-tická část popisuje výzkumný vzorek, metodiku výzkumu, jednotlivé kazuistiky a analýzu výsledků. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit dostupnost vzdělávání pro seniory, jejich motivaci ke vzdělávání a oblíbenost kurzů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is education of senior people. This piece of work provides a comprehensive view of the issue of adult education, particularly the group of seniors. In the theoretical part it deals with andragogy, gerontopedagogy, defines the term "old age" from different points of view and in the end there is an overview of possibilities of educa-tion for seniors and methods of their education. The practical part describes the research sample, the research methodology, individual case histories and the results analysis. The aim of the research is to find out what is the availability of education for senior people what are their motivations for learning and courses popularity.
