Tématem diplomové práce je "Sociálně-právní ochrana dětí v praxi". Práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám povinnostmi a právy orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a činností sociálních pracovníků. Zaměřuji se na popis některých metod sociální práce, které z přijaté novely zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí od 1.1.2013 vyplývají. Pozornost jsem věnovala systému o ohrožené děti a náhradní rodinné péči. V praktické části jsem provedla dotazníkový výzkum, ve kterém jsem zjišťovala spokojenost odborných pracovníků na oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s předmětnou novelou. |

The Theme of the Thesis is social-legal child protection in practice. The Work Of I divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theorectical part I am angagend by obligations and rights bodies of sosal-legal protection of children, and chat is the aktivity of the social workers. In focus on the description of some methods of social work of the adopted amendment of the Act on social and legal protection of children from 1.1.2013 result. I payed attention to vulnerable children systém and substitute Family Care. In the practical part I questinnaire carried of research, in which I examined the satisfaction of professional staffs in the Department social-legal protectin of children with the adoption of the amendment. |
