dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit situaci na českém pojistném trhu povinného ručení. V teoretické části se zaměřím na průzkum literárních pramenů a formuluji podstatu povinného ručení. Úkolem praktické části je analyzovat nabídku povinného ručení tří významných pojišťoven, které zastávají hlavní pozici na trhu povinného ručení. Na závěr se pokusím zhodnotit nabídky jednotlivých pojišťoven.	cs

In the theoretical part I deal with the literature research and I formulate the substance of the third - party risks. The imposition of the practical part is to describe and analyse third-party risks offered by three important insurance companies on the Czech insurance market.
