dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is to bring objective analysis of the social system of Tomáš Baťa's concern during its existence until 1945 in Zlín. Based on this analysis it is trying to appoint a type of policy, that the founder was advocating. First chapter shows social conditions of the working class during the The First Republic of Czechoslovakia. In the second chapter is described history of the company. The next chapter concentrates on social advantages of the Baťa's employees. In the end it emphasizes on problems of the concern connected with some undemocratic aspects of the system.	en
