The Financial Managent of the Baťa Company in Time Horizon 1894-1932

Abstract

Smyslem bakalářské práce je identifikovat klíčové prvky finančního řízení firmy Baťa a porovnat je se soudobými právními úpravami a teoriemi. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány firemní postupy v oblasti finančního řízení podniku Baťa, které jsou následně porovnávány se soudobými teoriemi a právními úpravami. V další části práce je zaujato stanovisko k těmto klíčovým postupům a jsou definovány rozhodující faktory úspěchů firmy Baťa v časovém období 1894 – 1932.

The purpose of this work is to identify key elements of financial management of the Bata company and compare them with the contemporary legislation and theories. The thesis describes the business methods in financial management of Bata company, which are subsequently compared with the contemporary theories and legislation. In the next section, of my work I make a statement about these key processes which leads the success of Bata company in the time horizon 1894 – 1932.
