Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, Fakulta humanitních studií, Institut mezioborových studií, 2013, 75 stran textu. Tato práce se věnuje zkoumání vztahu mezi většinovou částí společnosti a jejími nejstaršími členy ? seniory v historickém kontextu i v současnosti, nejen v rámci celé společnosti, ale i v rámci rodiny a jejich možnosti poskytnutí péče svým nejstarším členům. Zabývá se také postavením seniorů ve společnosti s ohledem na možnosti jejich uplatnění a seberealizace a všímá si i jejich současného mediálního obrazu. Cílem práce je porovnání a zjištění možných rozdílů v přístupu k potencionální péči o nesoběstačné rodiče u dvou skupin žen ? profesionálních pečujících a laiků a srovnání jejich postojů k případnému umístění rodičů do domova pro seniory. |

The thesis ?Relationship majority of Czech companies to seniors? is dedicated to exploring the relationship between the majority of society and its oldest members - seniors in the historical context in the present, not only within the company but also within the family and their ability to provide care to their oldest members. He is also a senior position in the company with a view to their application and fulfillment and notes their current media image. The aim is to compare and identify possible differences in access to potential care for dependent parents of two groups of women - professional and lay caregivers and com-pared their attitudes to the possible location of the parents in the home for the elderly. |
