dc.description.abstract	Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bude stanoviť stratégiu pre ochranu práv zamestnancov u firmy ZTS Elektronika ES, a.s., ktorá sa špecializuje na predaj a služby v oblasti elektrotechnických zariadení pre špeciálny strojárenský priemysel. V prvej časti práce budú spracované teoretické východiská z oblasti problematiky ochrany práv zamestnancov vo firmách. V druhej časti práce spracujem analýzu firmy od jej vzniku až po súčasnosť.Z analýzy vyvodím východiská a tieto spracujem v projekte na zlepšenie postavenia zamestnancov a ich práv u firmy v budúcom období.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	s The main goal of my diploma work is to set up the strategy to assure protection of rights of TZS Elektronika ES,a.s.,employees, company that is specialized in the field of sales and services in the area of electrotechnical Technologies for special machinery industry. In the first part of my diploma work will be processed teoretical background in the area of protection of employees rights in the companies. In the second part of my work will be realized analysis of the company from the establishment to nowadays. From the analysis. I will set up background information, that will be processed in the project for setting up better position of employees and their rights in the company for the future.	en
