Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na koncept ekonomické přidané hodnoty a jeho implementaci do řízení společnosti ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava, a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsány klasické i moderní ukazatele výkonnosti podniků s důrazem na koncept EVA. Praktická část začíná představením analyzované společnosti a posouzením jejího vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Následuje zhodnocení společnosti pomocí finanční analýzy a také konceptu ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Závěrečná část práce, která navazuje na předchozí poznatky, obsahuje navržený projekt implementace konceptu EVA do řízení společnosti ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava, a.s. |

The diploma thesis is focused on the concept of Economic Value Added and its implementation into the management of ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava, a.s. In the theoretical part are described classical a modern indicators of business performance, with emphasis on the concept EVA of EVA. Followed by the evaluation of the business via financial analysis and also the concept of EVA.
