dc.description.abstract	Abstrakt česky Predmetom diplomovej práce ?Evaluace státniho dohledu nad finančním poradenstvím? je analýza súčasného stavu právnej úpravy štátneho dohľadu nad finančným poradenstvom. Prácu som rozdelila na dve časti pričom v prvej časti som sa zamerala na definovanie pojmov týkajúcich sa problematiky finančního poradenstva a na podstatu regulácie zo stra-ny štátu. V druhej časti práce analyzujem súčasný stav právnej regulácie a taktiež uvádzam opatrenia na zefektívnenie regulácie.	cs

The paper is divided into two parts. The first one is focu-sed on terms and definition related to the issue of financial advice and on the nature of the state regulativ.
