Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza efektivity opravárenské činnosti servisu užitkových vozidel společnosti PEMA Praha s.r.o. Provedená analýza je zaměřena především na podnikové procesy nabízených opravárenských služeb. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, přičemž první teoretická část uvádí vhodné metody pro provedení analýzy efektivity procesů služeb a druhá část je věnována samotnému praktickému provedení zvolených metod analýz. Na závěr práce jsou uvedena doporučení, co by mělo být v podniku zlepšeno, aby bylo dosaženo větší procesní efektivity nabízených poprodejních služeb. |

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the efficiency of commercial vehicles services of PEMA Praha s.r.o. workshop. This analysis is especially focused on company processes of offered repair services. Thesis is devided into two main parts, whereas the first theoretical part presents suitable methods for the analysis of the efficiency of commercial vehicles services, the second one - practical part - is talking about practical realisation of chosen methods. At the end of the thesis there are several recommendations provided of what should be improved in the company in order to reach higher efficiency of offered after sales services. |
