Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti mmcité a.s. dle tradičních ukazatelů finanční analýzy a moderních měřítek s návrhem nového konceptu pro řízení finanční výkonnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska měření výkonnosti, druhá část práce se věnuje finanční analýze společnosti pomocí tradičních a moderních měřítek se zaměřením na ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu. Závěr práce je věnován identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících výkonnost společnosti s návrhem nového systému řízení, který zohledňuje bonusový systém odměňování. |

The main goal of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of financial performance of the company mmcité a.s. according to the traditional indicators of financial analysis and modern measures together with suggestion of a new concept for financial performance management. The first part of the work, is focused on the theoretical solutions of the financial per-formance measurement, the second part of the work includes financial analysis of the company using traditional and modern measures, especially the Economic Value Added. In the last part of the thesis the main factors influencing the efficiency of the company are identi-fied and new management system, implementing bonus system of remuneration, is suggested. |
