Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivností personálního managementu na Interní klinice IPVZ Krajské nemocnice T. Bati, a.s. Zlín. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce shrnuje oblast obecného a personálního managementu a managementu ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika organizace interní kliniky. Následuje sběr dat metodou pro stanovení počtu ošetřovatelského personálu a jeho kvantifikační zastoupení na lůžkových odděleních interní kliniky, analýza budoucích trendů, analýza stakeholders a SWOT analýza. Pomocí naměřených hodnot ošetřovatelské zátěže nelékařského personálu je analyzována jeho vytíženost. V projektové části je na základě poznatků zjištěných v analytické části práce navržen projekt na zefektivnění personálního managementu interní kliniky. Součástí projektu je rovněž nákladová analýza navržených opatření a zhodnocení projektu. |

This thesis deals with the efficiency of Personnel Management on Internal Clinic IPVZ Regional Hospital T. Bata, a.s. Zlín. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the paper summarizes the general and personnel manage-ment and healthcare management. The practical part describes the characteristics of the organization and Internal Clinic. The following is a data collection method for determining the number of nursing staff and quantification represented the wards of Internal Clinic, the analysis of future trends, stakeholders analysis and SWOT analysis. Using the measured values of nursing workload paramedical personnel is analyzed its workload. The project is based on the findings made in the analytical net work project designed to streamline the personnel management of Internal Clinic. The project is also a cost analysis of the proposed measures and evaluation of the project. |
