Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu vnitropodnikových směrnic pro společnost FUDENCIA, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé typy účetních jednotek, účetnictví podnikatelů, účetní závěrka ve zjednodušeném rozsahu, legislativní předpisy upravující účetnictví podnikatelů, účetní doklady a oceňování v účetnictví. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny poznatky týkající se významu, účelu a náležitostí vnitropodnikových směrnic, jejich členění, legislativa a je zdůrazněna důležitost jejich aktualizací. V praktické části je představena společnost FUDENCIA, s.r.o. a provedeny marketingové analýzy této společnosti. V projektové části je nejprve zhodnocena potřebnost jednotlivých vnitropodnikových směrnic, jejich přínos společnosti a následně je vypracováno několik nejdůležitějších směrnic do komplexního souboru vnitropodnikových směrnic. |

The aim of this Master thesis is drafting internal guidelines for the company FUDENCIA, Ltd. In the theoretical part are characterized different types of business units, business accounting, financial statements in a simplified scale, legislative regulations governing business accounting, accounting documents and valuation in accounting. The following in this section are findings concerning the meanings, the purpose and requirements of internal guidelines, their classification, legislation and emphasized the importance of their updates. In the practical part is presented the company FUDENCIA, Ltd. and carried out marketing analysis of the company. In the project part is first evaluated the usefulness of internal guidelines, their contribution to company and subsequently developed several most im-portant guidelines in a comprehensive set of internal guidelines. |
