Cílem diplomové práce na téma Projekt zefektivnění systému řízení pohledávek a závazků ve společnosti KASKO, s.r.o. je navrhnout zlepšení řízení pohledávek a závazků v této společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretické poznatky, které se týkají pohledávek a závazků obecně. Dále je uvedeno řízení pohledávek zahrnující jejich evidenci, správu, zajištění i vymáhání. V praktické části je stručně představena společnost KASKO, s.r.o., dále provedena finanční analýza společnosti a analýza pohledávek i závazků sledované v letech 2010 ? 2012. Následně je vytvořen projekt řízení pohledávek a závazků, který obsahuje charakteristiku evidence, správy i monitorování pohledávek a závazků, zajištění pohledávek s návrhem na vnitřní směrnici pro tvorbu opravných položek, vymáhání pohledávek, kde jsou popsány návrhy řešení u dvou pohledávek po splatnosti déle než 1 rok a také financování pohledávek. |

The aim of this dissertation themed The Project of More Effectively System Control of Receivables and Payables in The Company KASKO, s.r.o. is to propose a better receivables and payables control of this company. The theoretical part includes theoretical findings regarding receivables and payables in general. Also are described receivables and payables control which includes records, administration, ensuring and collection of receivables and payables. In the practical part is the description of the company KASKO, s.r.o. and the financial analysis and the analysis of the receivables and payables during the years 2010 ? 2012. In another part is described the project of receivables and payables control with the description of the company's receivables and payables record and their administration and monitoring, ensuring of the receivables includes bylaw regarding for provision of receivables, collection of receivables includes the proposal for the solution of two receivables past due more than 1 year and financing receivables. |
