dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci byla sledována produkce osmi biogenních aminů u 140 kmenů bakterií vyizolovaných z moravských vín, které byly kultivovány na třech půdách. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a význam mikroorganismů a biogenních aminů vyskytujících se ve vínech a problematiku s ní spojenou. V praktické části je sledována produkce biogenních aminů bakteriemi pomocí kapalinové chromatografie po předchozí derivatizaci dansylchloridem.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the production of eight biogenic amines in 140 strains of bacteria isolated from Moravian wines that were grown on three broths. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics and importance of microorganisms and biogenic amines in wines. In the practical part of the thesis was monitored the production of biogenic amines by bacteria using liquid chromatography after derivatisation of dansylchloride.	en
