Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na standardy ISO - mezinárodní normy systémů řízení ve firmách. Základními normami pro Integrovaný systém managementu jsou považovány standardy ISO 9001 - Systém managementu jakosti, EMS 14001 - Systém environmentálního managementu a OHSAS 18001 - Systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Jak v teoretické, tak v praktické části jsem hlavní část věnoval standardům ISO 9001 - Systému managementu jakosti a jejich zavedení a používání ve společnosti NWT Computer s.r.o. V praktické části jsem uvedl postup při zavádění, vyčíslil jsem náklady na zavedení a snažil jsem se také blíže specifikovat dokumentaci tohoto systému. Na závěr jsem navrhl opatření, která by měla zlepšit systém managementu jakosti v praxi. |

In my bachelor 's thesis I had directed my attention to Standards ISO - an international norms of system directing in companies. Basic norms for integrated management system are looked upon Standards ISO 9001 - System of Management Quality, EMS 14001-System of Environmental Management and OHS 18001 - System of Safety and Protection of Health during the work. Both parts of my bachelor's thesis - theoretical and practical part - was addicted mainly problematic of Standards ISO 9001 - System of Management Quality and their implementation and application in company NWT Computer, s.r.o. In practical part I was introduced Method during implementation, I was figured the costs to implementation and I was throw about particular specification of documentation this system too. In conclusion I was designed preventions for improvement of System of Management Quality in practice. |
