dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací nouzového přežití a skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na jednotlivá opatření k zabezpečení nouzového přežití a vymezení legislativního rámce vztahující se k dané problematice. Praktickou část tvoří charakteristika území obce s identifikací určitých rizik ohrožující obyvatelstvo a následný návrh systému opatření pro nouzové přežití obyvatelstva v případě přírodních a antropogenních katastrof na území obce.	cs

The theoretical part is focused on individual measures to protect emergency survival and defining the legislative framework relating to the issue.
