Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou disponibilních sil a prostředků regionu obce s rozšířenou působností (dále jen ORP) Uherský Brod pro odstraňování následků mimořádných událostí (dále jen MU). Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor platné legislativy dané problematiky, vysvětlení používaných pojmů a rozbor integrovaného záchranného systému (dále jen IZS). V praktické části je popis lokality, rozbor disponibilních prostředků a sil v ORP Uherský Brod, rozbor mimořádných událostí v důsledku požáru a návrh opatření ke zvýšení účinnosti prevence a minimalizace následků. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of available means and resources of the region of municipality with extended powers Uehrský Brod for elimination of aftermath of unforeseen events. The thesis consists of two chapters - the theory and the praxis. In theoretical chapter, the analysis of effective legislation is presented, along with explanation of used terminology and analysis of integrated emergency management system. In practical chapter, there is analysis of location, available means and resources of the region of municipality with extended powers Uehrský Brod and unforeseen events in case of fire followed by suggesting measures targeting increase in prevention and minimization of consequences. |
