Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřená na možnost využití pryžového recyklátu, především z EPDM a SBR kaučuků pro výrobu pružných sportovních povrchů. Cílem práce bylo určit podle různých hledisek optimální koncentraci pojiva dle podkladů od poskytovatele vzorků. V experimentální části jsou analyzovány vzorky z EPDM a MS recyklátu od firmy TENNIS ZLÍN a.s. Z pryžové drti byly připravovány směsi s rozdílným obsahem PUR pojiva. Byly použity dva druhy PUR pojiva, typu: R352 používané pro vnitřní aplikace a S131 87 používané pro venkovní aplikace. Celkem bylo připraveno a analyzováno 32 směsí s osmi různými koncentracemi pojiva. U směsí byly měřeny fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti a následně vyhodnoceny nejvhodnější koncentrace PUR pojiva pro jednotlivé směsi. Bylo také provedeno urychlené stárnutí. Metody měření byly zvoleny v rámci možností vybavení laboratoří fakulty technologické na UTB Zlín. |

Presented diploma thesis is focused on the possibility of the re-using of rubber waste pellets especially coming from SBR and EPDM for the preparation of desks for sportive elastics surfaces. The aim of work was to find the optimal amount of PUR binder based on the in-formation obtained from the provider of samples of waste. In the experimental part the samples EPDM and SBR mixtures were evaluated, obtained form the company TENNIS ZLÍN. Different mixtures with the various content of binder were prepared. Two types of binder were studied - R352 for inside applications and S131 87 for outside applications. Generally, 32 mixtures with 8 concentrations were prepared and evaluated. Mechanical and physical properties were observed. More over the process of accelerated aging was used. All the evaluation was chosen based on the equipment of UTB. |
